Shipping Policies

On checkout a shipping/handling charge ranging from $4.98 to $6.98 will be added to the total purchase price under $20.00.  See Schedule of Shipping/Handling Charges on FAQ Page.  On purchases of $20.00, or more, shipping is free.

Every effort will be made to process product orders for shipment as quickly as possible.  Usually 1 - 2 business days of the sale. 

Sales tax on purchases made within the state of Nevada will be charged sales tax on those purchases calculated at the rate of 6.85%.

Please note:  Shipping charges are NOT refundable.  Therefore, to avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title that you intend to purchase.  Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before you place your order.  If you have any questions, please contact us BEFORE you order.  One additional note as to System Requirements:  The requirements listed on the product information should be recognized as recommended, or minimum requirements.

In the event that we send you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you, providing the seak has not been broken on the incorrect product.  Call or Email brohmvideogames.com for a replacement shipment.  We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement product for the purpose of returning the incorrectly shipped product to us.

 

Backorder Policy

Brohms Video Games will make every effort to maintain a current inventory of products.  If you should log an order for a product that is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and informed of the products status, at which time you will be given a full refund of your money, or, the choice to leave the order in place until the product is available for shipment.

 

Return Policy

All sales of Brohms Video Games Products Should be considered Final.  Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions: 

      *  You have not opened the box containing the PC Game Disc, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

      *  You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition.  The product must be unregistered, and include all manual and enclosures that were shipped with the product.

      *  In case of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product.  Do this by going to our Contact Us page and submit an email through the link with your name, your order number (invoice number), the title of the product, and a description of the special problem(s) that you have encountered. 

 

     Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and credit will not be issued.

 

Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged and or incomplete products are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 10% up to 50%.  In cases where the product has sustained major damage or abuse, the product will be refused.
