How do I place an order?
Once you have chosen a product(s) that you want to purchase from our pc game inventory, go to the "Add to Cart" button and click on it. After that a new page will open. Go to the "Checkout" button, click it and proceed to fill out the shipping and billing information on the pages that follow. When you have provided all required information, you will be given the opportunity to make a copy of your order which serves as your sales receipt. Finally, click on the "Submit" button to complete the order process.
How secure is your website?
We use a 128-bit encryption key over the security protocol Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL provides sound privacy protection by encrypting the channel of communication between you (our customer) and Brohms Video dot Com. SSL puts your credit card information into a complex code that automatically scrambles that information and allows only the software provided by our web-server - Stores Online - to unscramble it. In this way SSL enables us to complete transactions with the assurance that no one else can read or change your information as it travels over the Internet.
How can I identify SSL?
SSL can be identified by a picture of an unbroken key, or a closed lock in your browser window. Either indicator means that SSL is activated. Still another way to determine if SSL is working is to check the sites URL you are visiting. The "http" should change from "http" to "https" when processing a transaction. If you do not see either of these signs, or if you see a broken key, or an open lock these are signals that the SSL is not working to protect your transaction. In the event of a signal that SSL is not working, "Stop" the transaction process. Also, notify Brohms Video Games of the discrepency so that we can take action to get the securty problem corrected, immediately.
What about sending an order by Email?
Electronic mail works independently of any security software, such as SSL, and is not protected by it. Therefore, Email should never be used to send or receive sensitive personal information. Brohms Video Games recommends that you use Email as a general means of communication without divuliging sensitive personal information.
Is there any charge for Sales Tax?
Unless you are making a purchase within the state of Nevada you will not be charged any sales tax. Those customers who purchase our products within the state of Nevada will be charged sales tax at the rate of 6.85%

How soon do you respond to shipping orders?
Every effort will be made to process all product orders for shipment as quickly as possible. Usually within 1 - 2 business days of the sale.
On checkout a shipping/handling charge ranging from $4.98 to $6.98 will be added to orders having a purchase price totalling less than $20.00, see schedule below. On those orders with a purchase price totalling $20.00, or more, no shipping/handling charge will be added.
